Quickliner for Lips Intense has a silky formula that glides on color and lasts all day. Use it to define the lip line, or use it to fill in your lips before lipstick application. It is non-drying, and prevents lipstick from feathering and bleedingno sharpening required.

This product is allergy tested and is free of fragrance, formaidehyde, formaidehyde resin, toluene, DBP (dibutyl phthlate), and camphor.
Suggested Usage:
-Swivel up only one eighth of an inch. (The pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying).
-To extend lip color wear, fill in lips with liner, then follow with lipstick.
-Re-cap securely to protect formula.
