Suggested Usage:
-Hold the base, turn the top counterclockwise, and return to its original position to release the powder.
-Use Brush #160 (sold separately) to swirl the powders together and tap away any excess.
-Apply powder from the center of the face outward with sweeping strokes for a light, natural finish.
